Unfortunately, there is no "quick fix" or magic pill that you can take to stay healthy and fit. I am here to work with you and set an individual plan that is realistic for you, your goals, and schedule.

 

I am not a fan of dieting or calorie-counting, as it is not a realistic goal to set if it can not be sustained over a long peiod of time. My goal is to make you feel as healthy and as good about yourself as possible.

 

Let me help you increase your energy, lose weight and keep it off, eat mindfully, learn how to cook healthy meals and snacks, and be the best version of yourself that you can be!

 

I am available to meet with you remotely; either through Skype sessions, phone, or in person at a coffee shop or some place local. After the initial session, I also offer grocery store tours to help show you what to look for and how to plan out your list for less stress and more structure.

 

Visit the Contact page under the "About" tab to set up an initial assessment, and so that I may mail you the health and medical history papers to bring with you for your first session with me! Keep in mind that everyone is different, and everyone has their own goals. This is a judgement-free environment and I only have your health and best interest in mind!
